The NABC is a respected voice for member councils and has made a considerable impact on organisations such as the Services SETA, the Department of Labour, the PSCBC and the CCMA. It is becoming increasingly more difficult for individual councils to voice their concerns is isolation. The NABC provides strength in unity.
