Economics of scale allow NABC members to access greatly reduced rates for NABC panelists nationally. The NABC Panel provides services on matters arising from collective agreements, including conciliation, arbitration, facilitation and exemptions.
Information and Expertise
Many of the general secretaries of member councils have legal backgrounds and are willing to share information and experience in dealing with legal scenarios with other member councils. Information circulars dealing with matters that are important to councils are regularly distributed.
